We had an emergency need, on a Sunday night, and Matthew was super helpful on the phone despite not being able to come out. Moments later we had a call back and Matthew had made arrangements to come over and take a look straight away. Our issue was quickly resolved and we will absolutely have no doubt in using The Waterworks again. In fact we have already asked for support with a new bathroom in the future. Great service and reasonably priced. Thank you!

Excellent service from Matt at The Waterworks. I had a problem with my Central Heating which Matt solved very effectively with minimal cost. He also fitted a new Kitchen Tap and refitted a bathroom toilet perfectly. I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for someone to trust genuinely pleasing to work with.

I needed a plumber to fix a leaking sink urgently. A friend recommended Matt to me. My tenant was very pleased with his work and could not praise him highly enough. Matt was so helpful and professional when our boiler stopped working. He moved jobs around so he could replace it the very next day! Can’t thank him enough. He did such a good job and his price was really good too for a new boiler! He was also very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend him and his company.

Called Matt last night as my toilet was not working, he arrived within a couple hours. It needed a new cistern and he had the parts in his van so was able to complete the job. Matt is very friendly and professional and left everywhere clean. I would not hesitate it recommending him and will definitely be using his services in the future. I've used Matt a number of times now and his work is always high quality. He always kept me up to date with what was going on, how long things would take and any additional costs or work involved. Found out that we had a water leak under the kitchen floor; Matt was very helpful with the options we could take. We chose to put in two new supplies and Matt was very quick with booking us in. His work was neat and tidy and sorted it as quick as possible to fix the leak and get the hot water back. Would highly recommend!
